The ’67-’17 Scholarship was started by Tech High School’s class of 1967 to provide support to a student who has excelled in their time at Tech and taken advantage of the many opportunities offered by the school. As the class of ’67 has gotten wiser, the class of 2017, 50 years later, has committed to maintaining the scholarship and continuing it in the same vein. It is maintained by former students who feel they owe much to Tech from their time and want to give back to support future graduating classes. The scholarship is given yearly to a Tech student who has demonstrated academic or extracurricular excellence and plans to attend any form of post-secondary education.
